Your Wedding

Barndiva will help you host an extraordinary wedding. We are also happy to arrange welcome receptions, rehearsal dinners, and day-after brunches. All of these wedding related celebrations can take place here at the Barn, in the heart of Healdsburg, or at a select number of off-site locations that include some of Sonoma County’s most breathtaking vineyards, renowned wineries, century old forests, or singular private homes & ranches.

Weddings deserve a once in a lifetime menu. Since the day Barndiva opened in 2004, we have been committed to locally sourcing our food and wine. Superlative dining with commensurate service is presented in elegant rooms and gardens filled with art, flowers and music.

Private events here do not have to involve hundreds of people in order to be special, so while our gardens hold upwards of 250, intimate 'rooms' like our stone-walled front garden and elegant rear lounge comfortably accommodate parties of 12-30.

Your Event

While Barndiva has become known as a premier wedding destination in Sonoma County we have continued to produce memorable experiences celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, hosting small business groups and welcoming visitors who have chosen Healdsburg as a destination location for bike holidays, wine tours or friends meeting friends somewhere far from home.

Facility Rental

Facility rentals in 2013 are based on 4 hours and are designed to include all rentals with exception of floral, photography and music. Our maximum capacity is 250. Facility rentals can vary seasonally, and depending upon the number of guests you are inviting. Rates below are reflective of high season. Please contact us for 2014 pricing.

Menu

Barndiva is famous for its menus, sourced from the sustainable farmers, ranchers and food purveyors across the Sonoma County food-shed. We are happy to develop any menu for you, providing it is seasonally inspired.

Menus for 2013, under the direction of Barndiva's Chef Ryan Fancher, will start at $80 for three courses. Your event can begin with any number of exquisite passed appetizers, starting at $15 per person. If your dance party continues through the evening, we are happy to create a late night snack menu.

We are happy to accomodate special diet requests.

Beverage Options

Barndiva has an extensive wine list currently holding over 325 different wines, which we draw from in creating a wine service that is paired to your menu and your taste.

A fully licensed facility, we can also incorporate basic or premium spirit services, artisan cocktails, and an exciting range of sparkling options for toasting. We are happy to break out all these costs for you, once we know how you wish to approach our bespoke beverage services.
