While there are many noble reasons to only serve sustainably sourced food, the best reason remains the simplest: It tastes better.
At Barndiva we believe a great meal should have elements of both celebration and tradition, and that optimally it should be a sensate hunt for what the French call "Gout du revenez-y" --
"The taste you return to."
Reading even the most enticing menus suggests an incomplete story because nothing compares to an actual moment of re-discovering a food memory. Or better yet, the joy in finding a new one.
We think Barndiva offers one of the finest dining experiences in Northern California (and we are really hard to please).
We serve dinner, lunch, and brunch throughout the year, five days a week, and while we'd love to have you for a full dining experience, we'd be just as happy to have you come in to discover a new cocktail or the perfect gardens to go for brunch with the dogs. Because Barndiva is one of the most beautiful bespoke wedding venues around, we advise you make reservations on the weekends during high season.

With our wine list, as with our menus, Barndiva encourages a terroir-respectful future. We offer wines that we believe reveal
the unique characteristics of a landscape as interpreted by artisanal winemakers both here and abroad.

Local Heros
Celebrate winemakers whose longevity growing grapes and crafting fine wine in Sonoma, Mendocino and Napa has been remarkable, not
least as it has so often been the result of gumption over science. While family history and stewardship of the land are essential for inclusion here, many of these
winemakers are known as both Trendsetter/Innovators.
Hands Across the Ocean
pull on Barndiva’s continuing interest in noteworthy wines being produced abroad, which is always of great interestto local winemakers. Hands Across the Ocean also pays homage to Barndiva’s bistro
roots.
