The Barndiva Wedding is based upon an initial block of 4 hours, which you may extend hour by hour until 2 am. Facility rental for hosting the entire wedding here at Barndiva in 2012, high season (May-Oct), will start at $7,500. This can vary seasonally and depending upon the number of guests. We are also happy to offer a facility rental package which includes a beautiful vineyard ceremony, returning to Barndiva for dinner reception and dancing. Facility rental for this package starts at $11,000 and includes the site fee for the rehearsal dinner at the winery. Barndiva Weddings provides all standard rentals. We are also happy to craft a complete wedding package featuring a welcome glass of champagne, cocktail hour, three course meal, full bar, dessert and midnight snack. This complete food and wine package is about $140 per person, plus tax and service. Our maximum capacity is 250.
In addition to memorable food, wine, and cocktail selections, we also offer a range of a la carte services that are especially helpful if yours is a destination wedding: Healdsburg Modern Cottages are ideal accommodations for the wedding party; we have in-house talent to help with place cards and edible favors; we can highly recommend services for flowers, floral and music.
